Melissa Vogel is a dynamic fitness coach with 20+ years in her field, a podcast host, and mentor with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW), which sets her apart in the fitness world. Melissa brings a unique approach to her coaching, helping clients not only achieve physical transformation but also overcome mental and emotional barriers that often hold people back.
She knows firsthand that without making mental changes, physical results are hard to sustain. Melissa empowers her clients to build strength from within, equipping them with tools to thrive both mentally and physically. Her holistic, mindset-focused approach is designed to create lasting change, helping clients reach their fullest potential from the inside out.
As the host of the Bomb Life Podcast, she entertains many different speakers over several topics in order to broaden listeners ideals of what health really is and to inspire listeners to find new avenues to set, reach, and maintain their goals.
She’s also a motivational speaker, author of the Bomb Mom Recipe Book, model, actress, and an overall busy mom of three girls that continues to inspire women on their fitness journey.
